Many people would find it unusual for someone like me to be watching an exercise program. Diagnosed with ALS in 1994, I am pretty much paralyzed these days, except for minimal movement in my neck and face. But when I started watching your show, my former experience as an actress-singer-dancer kicked in and I was mentally feeling the "burn!"

 

I am a professional computer artist now. Thanks to the wonders of technology, I'm able to draw using a sensor taped between my eyebrows. That little muscle is buff!
